02.13-14.2022 Lev Chitkov took part in a series of events at Russian Agriculture Week during EXPO 2020 in Dubai.
The main event called "Explore Russian Cuisine" took place directly next to the Russian pavilion at EXPO 2020.
On a specially built stage, 2 celebrity chefs performed one after another: Evgeny Vikentyev (chef of the Beluga restaurant) and Vitaly Tikhonov (speaker of the Novikov School).
The chefs prepared a variety of russian dishes in their author forms. Everyone present was treated.
Lev Chitkov moderated the event in Russian and English as well as interacted with the international audience.
